                  Sesame Chicken with White Rice  

 I discovered this while studying in Union Hall after class and craving something to eat. I had no idea the school served such a wide selection of meals. I choose the Sesame Chicken with White Rice. It was simply orange sesame chicken with white rice and broccoli on the side. It was honestly better than I had expected.

The meal has several variants, but the basic ingredients remain the same. Most of the time, it's a combination of fish and okra cooked in palm oil and garnished with pepper and onion. In addition, for taste and color, a few spices are added to the stew. There's also shrimp and carb added, both of which I really enjoy.

 Yassa is probably the simplest West African dish to make. It’s prepared on rice and served with lots of onion sauce, mustard, and lots of lemons.  Yassa    It can be served with braised or grilled fish or chicken.                                                            What else is in it! It also includes hardboiled eggs, olives, a variety of seasonings, tomatoes, garlic, and a choice of greens.
