Image
Soupou Kanja Soupou Kanja is  honestly   my absolute favorite dish of all time. Soupou K anja is a nutritious okra stew that is typically served over rice. The meal has several variants, but the basic ingredients remain the same. Most of the time, it's a combination of fish and okra cooked in palm oil and garnished with pepper and onion. In addition, for taste and color, a few spices are added to the stew. There's also shrimp and carb added, both of which I really enjoy.

Sesame Chicken with White Rice     I discovered this while studying in Union Hall after class and craving something to eat. I had no idea the school served such a wide selection of meals. I choose the Sesame Chicken with White Rice. It was simply orange sesame chicken with white rice and broccoli on the side. It was honestly better than I had expected.

It's delicious and keeps you full for a long time. It's a burrito with rice, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, corn, beans, and sour cream. It also comes with tortilla chips and limes on the side.

It’s prepared on rice and served with lots of onion sauce, mustard, and lots of lemons.  Yassa    It can be served with braised or grilled fish or chicken.                                                            What else is in it! It also includes hardboiled eggs, olives, a variety of seasonings, tomatoes, garlic, and a choice of greens.
